THE “WIN A $300 GIFT CARD” CONTEST – OFFICIAL RULES

This contest is organized by JACK & JONES Canada, operated by BESTSELLER Retail Canada Inc., located at 225a Rue de Liège O, Montréal, QC H2P 1H4 (the "Sponsor").

The “WIN A $300 GIFT CARD” contest (the “Contest”) starts on May 29, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. (ET) and ends on June 8, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (ET) (the "Promotion Period"). All contest entries must be received by the Sponsor before the end of the Promotion Period. No purchase necessary.

Eligibility

This contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members living in the same household are not eligible to enter. For the purposes of this contest, "immediate family" includes parents, siblings, and children.

The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. By entering the Contest, participants agree to be bound by and accept the terms and conditions of these official rules (the “Rules”). The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

How to participate

There are two (2) ways to enter to win the Prize:

(i) Automatic Online Entry: From May 29, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. (ET) until June 8, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (ET) (the “Promotion Period”), participants who complete a qualifying order of $100 or more (before taxes and shipping) on jack-jones.ca will automatically be entered into the Contest.

• One (1) entry per qualifying order.
• Orders cannot be combined to meet the $100 minimum.
• Purchases that do not meet these conditions or otherwise violate the Contest Rules will be disqualified.

The selected winner will receive a $300 JACK & JONES Canada online gift card in the form of a coupon code.

(ii) Email Entry (No Purchase Required): To enter without making a purchase, send an email to ecommercecanada@bestseller.com with the subject line “Father’s Day Contest Entry.” The email must include your:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Complete mailing address

Email entries must be received no later than June 8, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (ET) to be eligible.

By submitting a valid online order or email entry during the Promotion Period, each participant agrees to these Official Rules. Entries submitted outside of the Promotion Period will be void. All costs incurred by participants to enter the Contest, including but not limited to internet or data fees, are the sole responsibility of the participant and will not be reimbursed by the Sponsor.

Winner selection

One (1) winner will be selected in a random draw on June 9, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (ET) in Montréal, Québec, Canada. The selected winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, which will be included in the winner notification email, in order to be declared the official winner, as required by Canadian law. The winner must claim their prize no later than June 10, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (ET) or a new winner may be selected at the discretion of the Sponsor.

Prize

There is one (1) prize available to be won. The prize consists of a $300 JACK & JONES Canada online gift card, awarded in the form of a coupon code redeemable exclusively on jack-jones.ca. The coupon code is not transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be applied to previous purchases. No substitutions or exchanges will be permitted. The total retail value of the prize is $300 CAD.

Winner notification process

The potential winner will be notified by email using the email address provided at the time of purchase or entry. To be declared the official winner, the selected participant must correctly answer, without assistance and within the time specified, a mathematical skill-testing question included in the winner notification email. If the participant cannot be contacted, fails to answer the skill-testing question correctly, or does not claim the prize within five (5) business days of being contacted, the prize will not be awarded. In the event of an unclaimed prize, JACK & JONES Canada reserves the right not to select an alternate winner.

General Conditions

1. No correspondence regarding the contest will be entered into except with the selected winner. The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical, system, or online errors that may affect participation or operation of the contest.

2. By entering this contest, participants confirm that they have not purchased Internet services solely to enter. Participants must not tamper with or disrupt the contest platform in any way. Any attempt to damage or interfere with the proper functioning of the contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws.

3. JACK & JONES Canada assumes no responsibility for any technical malfunction, system failure, service interruption, or other issues beyond its control, including but not limited to delays, data loss, or entry errors. If the contest cannot be run as planned due to circumstances such as a virus, bug, tampering, fraud, or technical failure, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the contest.

4. The prize cannot be substituted, transferred, or exchanged for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

5. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the contest period.

6. Personal information collected through the contest will be used solely for contest administration and, where applicable, marketing communications in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, participants consent to the use of their personal information for these purposes. The Privacy Policy is available at www.jack-jones.ca.

7. The Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, and representatives are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in the contest or acceptance and use of the prize.

8. The selected winner may be required to sign a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release, in a form acceptable to the Sponsor, within three (3) business days of notification.

9. Failure to comply with any of the official rules will result in disqualification. If the selected winner does not meet the eligibility requirements or fails to claim the prize, an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
