RETURN POLICY
A fixed return fee of $9.95 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from the eligible refund amount for online returns.
If you regret your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of the order date. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn and unwashed, with all hang tags and labels attached. We accept both regular-price and sale items.
Final Sale items will not be accepted for return. If returned, they will not be refunded or sent back. The same applies to past-due or defective items.
Boxers, socks and Advent Calendar and items finishing in .97 are final sale and will not be accepted for return or refund.
Items purchased online can now be returned in-store. To complete an in-store return, you must have:
- Your order number starting with OL96
- The postal code of the delivery address
- The item(s) to be returned
Our distribution centre does not accept returns for items originally purchased in JACK & JONES stores.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items purchased at JACK-JONES.CA. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it for a refund before placing a new order.
Shipping fees for returned items are non-refundable.

Make sure you have: • Your order number (starting with OL96) • The postal code of the delivery address • The item(s) you wish to return

3. PRINT YOUR RETURN LABEL OR KEEP QR CODE CLOSE
Once you’ve printed your return label and attached it to your package, drop your parcel off at any Canada Post location. If needed, show QR code at any Canada Post location to print the return label.

IF YOU ARE RETURNING A DAMAGED ITEM Please send 3 photos of the item to Canadasupport@bestseller.com before proceeding with the return.
Note: The goods remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Once your return has been processed, a refund (excluding shipping costs and the return fee) will be issued to the credit card used to place the original order. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Processing times may vary depending on your bank and credit card provider.
